Photos from the club archive

These old monochrome photographs are taken from lantern slides in the club collection held by the Archives Department of the Universtiy of Dundee and I am grateful for their help in preparation of these images. They are copyright and permission to use them must be sought from the Archive Dept.

They are taken on club meets dated from the first club meet in 1927 and throughout the 1930s: they show members at play in the local glens of Angus and Perthshire long before the days of goretex, fleece, vibram soles and even crampons.
