How to join:

The first point of contact is the Club Secretary e-mail. Following receipt of this letter, information sheet and application form there are two routes for you to choose.

(i) You are invited to come to one of the Indoor Meets held on the first Thursday of the month (Sept to May) at 8.00pm at Discovery Point Antarctic Museum, Dundee (beside the historic ship RRS Discovery) where you can meet members and arrange to attend a day meet. Please take the application form with you on that Day Meet get it completed at the end of the Meet (signatures of proposers and seconders required) and return it with your cheque to the Club Secretary. Your application will be considered at the next monthly Council Meeting following receipt of your application form by the Secretary.

(ii) If you cannot get to an Indoor Meet, please the slip below and ask for details of how to attend the next available Day Meet as a Prospective Member/Guest of the Club. As in (i) above, take the application form with you and get it completed.[The Day Meet Secretary will have spare copies].

All persons wishing to join come out on a Day Meet as prospective member/guest of the Club will be usually in a party with their sponsoring member. Alternatively, the Meet secretary will make arrangements for them to join an appropriate party. Prospective members/guests should note that because of MCoS Insurances rules they may attend only one Day Meet. Prospective members and guests are not permitted to turn up 'on spec' at a day meet.
